Jack Kenneth Sølvbrandt is an experienced leader in project management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Project Management in the Early Phase Department at AGC Biologics. With a strong focus on fostering psychological safety and innovation, Sølvbrandt has successfully led high-priority projects from initiation through to GMP manufacturing. Previous roles include Director & Head of Development Project Leadership Excellence at Novo Nordisk, where significant improvements in project submission timelines and development processes were achieved, and Senior Global Programme Manager at LEO Pharma, successfully driving projects with substantial financial impact.
