Jason Brady is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at AGC Biologics since November 2025, Jason has previously held similar leadership roles at Rentschler Biopharma and Avid Bioservices. Jason’s career began as a Research Technician at Goodrich, followed by a position as Senior Scientist at Millennium Cell. Prior to his current role, Jason spent several years at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services and Lonza, where responsibilities included developing business strategies and managing sales within the Pharma Contract Manufacturing Organization, particularly focusing on Antibody Drug Conjugates. Jason holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UC Irvine and a B.S. in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University.
