Jill Osterhus

Jill Osterhus, CMRP, is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability and maintenance engineering. Currently serving as the Reliability Engineering Manager at AGC Biologics since November 2021, Jill previously worked at Hormel Foods as a Maintenance Engineer, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance teams and improving equipment reliability processes. Jill started their engineering career as an undergraduate research assistant at Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories and later as an Engineering Intern at Indiana Packers Corporation, where project involvement spanned multiple disciplines. With a strong foundation in biological engineering from Purdue University, Jill also contributed to education initiatives through Purdue Women in Engineering and participated in the iGEM competition, focusing on innovative solutions in synthetic biology.
