Matthew Gleason

Matthew Gleason, PMP®, CSM, CSSGB, currently serves as the Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office at AGC Biologics. Prior experience includes roles at Kite Pharma, where responsibilities ranged from Global Program Manager for early-phase cell therapy product development to Associate Director roles in Project Portfolio Management and Global Quality. Matthew has also held positions at Johnson & Johnson, where leadership in operations and quality engineering was a focus, along with experience at Remo Inc. overseeing technical processes and environmental programs, and at YTC America Inc. as a Research Engineer in silica manufacturing. Matthew began a career in engineering with roles at Rio Tinto managing pilot plant research projects after earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
