Ashley Rowe-Burris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engagement and relationship building across various sectors. As the Director of Engagement and Senior Regional Manager for AGC of California since April 2021, Ashley focuses on developing the workforce, shaping policy, and strengthening California's communities. Previously, as Member Development Manager for the California Restaurant Association from July 2016 to March 2021, Ashley cultivated relationships within the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. With a background in management and customer service roles at establishments such as Ideal Bar & Grill and El Palomar, as well as experience in sales with CUTCO Cutlery, Ashley possesses strong leadership and communication skills complemented by an Associate's Degree in Communications from Cabrillo College.
