Robert Ciecko

Robert Ciecko is an accomplished manufacturing executive with extensive experience in operations management within the automotive and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at AGCO Corporation since August 2012, Ciecko previously established Ciecko & Associates LLC, where hands-on lean manufacturing and product launch strategies were provided to AGCO Corp. and other midwestern companies. Prior to that, Ciecko held key leadership roles at Case New Holland, overseeing complete product responsibility and manufacturing aspects of various equipment, and at Ford Motor Company, where a range of operations and engineering positions were held across multiple international facilities. Ciecko holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University and further education from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
