Shawn Lange

Shawn Lange has a strong professional background with extensive experience in manufacturing operations. Shawn most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director at the same company from March 2021 to October 2023. Before joining Goodwill, Shawn worked at Rexnord as an Operations Manager from August 2012 to July 2020. Shawn also held the role of Production Manager at NTN Driveshaft, Inc. from August 1999 to July 2012.

Shawn Lange holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership from Purdue Global. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University.
