Sudeshna Fliginger (Sue)

Sudeshna (Sue) Fliginger, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sudeshna (Sue) started their career as a General Manager at Fairfield Inn by Marriott from 1992 to 1997. Sudeshna (Sue) then worked as a Sales Associate at Pella Corporation from 1999 to 2007.

In 2007, Sudeshna joined Navteq North America LLC as a Business Process Analyst - Supplier Management. Sudeshna (Sue)'sresponsibilities included managing contractor accounts, conducting research to support strategic planning, and monitoring outsourced processes. Sudeshna (Sue) remained with the company until 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Sudeshna worked at Nokia as a Business Process Analyst. Sudeshna (Sue) was responsible for transitioning and establishing core operational processes at the NAVTEQ-India production center. Sudeshna (Sue) also developed capabilities within the operations team and improved operational processes.

From 2011 to 2018, Sudeshna served as a Lead Business Analyst at HERE Technologies. Sudeshna (Sue) led a global capacity team, developed cost plans and rolling forecasts, and managed production sites with a large number of employees.

Since 2019, Sudeshna has been working as a Project Manager at AgCountry Farm Credit Services. Sudeshna (Sue) is accountable for planning, managing, and successfully completing simultaneous projects and process improvement initiatives.

Throughout their career, Sudeshna has demonstrated strong project management skills, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to successfully deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Sudeshna (Sue)'swork experience reflects a focus on process improvement, capacity planning, and operational efficiency.

Sudeshna (Sue) Fliginger, PMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Geography, from the University of North Dakota. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Sue is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in January 2017. Furthermore, they have completed a course titled "Introduction to Business Analysis: Defining Successful Projects" at Learning Tree International in May 2008.
