Craig Coughlin has over two decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Loan Originator at AgCredit, ACA since October 2011, Craig specializes in 1-4 family residential mortgage loans, offering a range of financing options including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and construction loans. Previous roles include Loan Originator positions at Quicken Loans and Union National Mortgage Corp., as well as serving as a Licensed Realtor with The Sweda Group. Craig holds licensure in 13 states and has been involved in first-time buyer consultations, with a focus on innovative loan solutions such as one-time close construction loans and large acreage tracts.
