Michael Peart has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Michael started their career at Ultralase in 2002 as an IT Executive and eventually became the Network Manager until 2008. During this time, they also served as an Online Marketing Manager, where they managed high-volume and large-budget online campaigns, achieving significant improvements in click-to-enquiry conversions. In 2013, they joined Carat as a Digital Account Manager, responsible for planning and delivering digital advertising campaigns for major UK businesses. Later that year, they became an Online Marketing Manager at Age Partnership, where they played a crucial role in strategic and operational aspects of digital marketing, media buying, and commercial partnerships in the financial services industry. Michael eventually advanced to the position of Head of Digital Marketing, overseeing various marketing activities and leading demand growth and performance analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Acquisition at Age Partnership.

Michael Peart attended three educational institutions. Michael first studied Software Engineering/Computer Science at Bradford University. Then, they pursued a degree in Advanced Information Technology at Leeds College of Technology. Prior to their college education, Michael completed their high school education at Prince Henrys Grammar School.
