Emmanuel van Grimbergen

Emmanuel Van Grimbergen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and executive leadership. Currently, Emmanuel serves as the Executive Director Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and a member of the Board of Directors at Ageas Group since January 2011, also holding the position of Group Risk Officer and Management Committee member. Additional roles include Non Executive Director at Aksigorta and East West Ageas Life Insurance Corporation, with previous board positions at Intreas and Cardif Lux Vie. Prior to Ageas, Emmanuel was CRO for ING Insurance Central Europe and held various roles as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary at ING Belgium from August 1993 to May 2007. Emmanuel's education was completed at Université libre de Bruxelles.
