Richard Owen

Richard Owen has extensive work experience in the compliance field. Richard started their career at Eagle Star as an Administrator and then worked at the Financial Services Authority as a Pensions Review Monitoring Officer. Richard later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in the regulatory consulting practice. Richard then joined Direct Line, where they held various roles, including Policy and Advice Manager and Head of Regulatory Risk. Richard then moved to Canopius Group as a Group Compliance Manager. Currently, Richard is working at Ageas UK, where they have held several positions, including Head of Compliance - Ageas Insurance Ltd, Head of Compliance - Operations, and currently serves as the Head of Compliance - Insight & Advice. Throughout their career, Richard has been involved in managing regulatory risks, implementing legal and regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance with UK legislative and regulatory frameworks.

Richard Owen attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
