Sally Payne

Sally Payne has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as Head of HR Business Services at Ageas UK since November 2006. In this role, Sally oversees HR Service Delivery, HR Data Analytics, and Technology. Previous roles include HR Business Systems Manager and HR & Learning Technology Consultant, where project management of HR and L&D technology projects and change management activities were key responsibilities. Sally also has a background in learning and development, managing teams and designing training programs. Prior experience includes positions at LV= as L&D Administrator and Referencing Administrator. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management from The City and Guilds of London Institute and a BA Hons in Business Studies, Employee Resources & Development from Sheffield Hallam University.
