Prior to this role, Alicia held various positions at Mercy Health Australia from August 2012 to June 2023, culminating in the role of Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager. Alicia's earlier experience includes serving as a Committee Member for the Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) in 2018 and working at Ticketmaster as a Contact Centre Agent and at the Australian Football League as an intern. Alicia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business from Monash University, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from MRWED Training and Assessment, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and Arts, also from Monash University.
