Terry Buckel

Terry Buckel is the Founder and CEO of Astute People Inc, a position held since August 2023, and also serves as the Founder and CEO and Managing Director of Astute Technical Recruitment Limited since August 2006. Under Terry Buckel's leadership, ASTUTE Technical Recruitment has become a leading recruiter in the Power, Energy, and Waste Management sectors both in the UK and internationally, specializing in the complete life cycle of major projects. Prior experience includes a directorship at The Executives in Sport Group, recruitment leadership roles at Acknowledge Resourcing Ltd and Advanced Resource Managers Ltd, and a foundational career as a Power Generation Engineer in the Royal Navy. Terry Buckel holds an HND in Marine Engineering from the Royal Navy School of Marine Engineering.
