Diane Lasichak

Diane Lasichak is an experienced professional in the fields of aging care and therapeutic movement, currently serving as the Owner-Manager and Certified Professional Aging Life Care Manager at Active Aging and Care Transitions since May 2012. In this role, Diane focuses on enhancing body and mind wellness along with informed healthcare planning for seniors. Diane is also a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and holds certifications as an Ageless Grace Educator and Nia Technique Teacher. Additional qualifications include training in three UCLA Memory programs and various clinical social work roles, including a position as a Clinical Social Worker at Inova Health System.
