Courtney Frederick

Courtney comes to AgelessRx with a diverse background that has prepared her to serve as their Chief of Staff. After earning her BA, she went on to build up and develop multiple Chicago nonprofits. With over a decade of fundraising and finance experience, Courtney has supported legal aid, public education, urban agriculture, and environmental organizations.

Courtney is passionate about creating, scaling, and streamlining business operations. She is always up for solving problems, developing and supporting high-performance teams, and finding creative solutions to all organizational issues.
