Currently serving as Conselho Adm - Growth, Governança Corporativa e Mercado de Capitais at Agemar Infraestrutura e Logística, Fabio has a background in implementing new governance models, leadership development, budget management, and transitioning business models. Prior to their current role, Fabio Fischer was the CEO of SIKUR and the Founder Partner at I&F Capital and Management. In their earlier career, Fabio served as the Executive Director at AGEMAR Infraestrura e Logística and held the title of VP Conselho de Administração e Head do Escritório de Internacionalização at TCI BPO SA.
