Erica Golding

Erica Golding joined Agena Bioscience in August 2014 as the Director of Human Resources, leading the ongoing efforts of the company to effectively and efficiently manage the human capital. Prior to joining Agena Bioscience, Erica served as Head of Human Resources at Sapphire Energy, a global leader of algae cultivation technologies, based in San Diego from 2009 – 2014. Between 2006 and 2009, Erica held numerous positions in HR Departments at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Invitrogen, and Williams Sonoma, Inc. Prior to moving into HR, Erica worked as a Litigation Consultant for a Trial Consulting firm in the bay area. Erica received B.S. degrees in Political Science and Communications from the University of California, Davis.
