Olivier Tinel

Olivier Tinel is a highly experienced professional in the fields of project management and architecture, currently serving as the project team leader for transport and mobility at AFD - Agence Française de Développement since May 2013, where responsibilities include financing transport projects in various countries. Tinel has also held positions such as technical manager for heritage management and site development within AFD.
