Fatima Zohra Kaddour has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations.
Starting from 2010, they had an internship at the Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris (I.S.E.P) for a period of seven months.
In 2011, they worked as a PhD student at Télécom ParisTech and also served as a Monitoring Teacher at the Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris (I.S.E.P) until 2013.
In 2014, Fatima was a Post-doc at the CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives.
Following that, they joined SILICOM SAS in 2015 as a Research and Development Radiocommunication Engineer until 2017.
Since 2017, they have been associated with the Agence nationale des fréquences (ANFR), where they started as an Engineer in charge of spectrum frequency coordination and assignation until September 2021. Fatima Zohra then assumed the role of Head of Frequency Assignation Department in October 2021, overseeing frequency allocation for professional radio networks and working on the spectrum management plan for the media broadcast of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris.
Fatima Zohra Kaddour completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2009-2010, they attended Telecom Paris Tech, where they obtained a Master's degree in Radio Mobile. Later on, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at Télécom Paris. Their doctoral research focused on the optimization of radio resource allocation in OFDMA networks.
