Jody Fein

Jody Fein has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administrative services in the senior living industry. Jody most recently served as the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services at the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut, where they focused on enhancing employee relations and job satisfaction. Prior to this, Jody worked as the Human Resources Recruiting Manager at DDN Consulting Services, LLC, where they were responsible for recruiting and retaining team members and improving staffing processes. Jody also worked as a Business Office Manager at Maplewood Senior Living, where they handled HR functions and coordinated interviews, hiring, training, and performance management. Jody has also held positions such as Director of Business Administration at Benchmark Senior Living and various roles at Atria Senior Living, including Senior Business Director, Community Business Director, and Business Office Manager. Throughout their career, Jody has demonstrated expertise in HR functions, payroll, accounts payable and receivables, as well as managing benefits and collections processes.

Jody Fein attended Norwalk Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associates degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Currently, from 2021 to 2024, they are pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Post University.
