Kirsten Hayes

Kirsten Hayes is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Ducks Unlimited Canada since May 2022. Previously, Kirsten held various leadership roles at the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) from November 2008 to May 2022, including Director of HR Consulting & Employee Development, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, management, and employee engagement. Earlier positions included Manager of HR Consulting Services & Employee Development, Manager of Learning & Development, and Human Resources Consultant at AGLC, as well as Human Resources Generalist at the Alberta Pensions Administration Corporation from September 2002 to October 2008, and Human Resources Associate at the Alberta Mental Health Board from January 2001 to September 2002. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a specialization in Human Resources from The University of Lethbridge, completed in 1999.
