Rafael Oliveira has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software development and leadership. Rafael started their career as an Analyst Programmer at Falcare Equipamentos Industriais, where they were involved in a project for purchasing systems. Rafael gained expertise in Java, JEE, JSF, RichFaces, MySQL, and Hibernate during this role.

Following this, Rafael worked as an Analyst Programmer at DSC Consultoria, where they focused on maintaining and improving two Java products. Rafael also monitored and implemented changes related to NFe legislation and used technologies such as JSF 2, RichFaces, Apache Axis, SVN, and Oracle DB.

Rafael Oliveira completed their education from 2009 to 2017. Rafael started in 2009 by attending a Web Java Training program at Caelum. In 2010, they furthered their knowledge in software development by completing a Java Lab for JSF and Hibernate course at the same institution. From 2013 to 2017, Rafael pursued a degree in TI Management at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In 2017, they attended Caelum again to acquire skills in Agile Management of Software Projects with Scrum, focusing on the Administration and Management of Computing/Information Technology.
