Mark Ramos is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. As Co-Founder and CTO of Agent Legend since September 2015, Mark has contributed significantly to innovative sales solutions, following a tenure as CTO at Contact Legend, where the focus was on eliminating marketing inefficiencies and enhancing follow-up strategies for sales professionals. Prior experience includes senior roles at Bankrate Insurance and SmartPak as a Senior .NET Developer and previously serving as Principal Software Engineer at enLabel Global Services, Inc. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
