Tom Imperiale

Tom Imperiale currently serves as the Western Region Manager and Underwriting Counsel at Agents National Title Insurance Company since March 2022. With a robust background in the title insurance industry, Tom held the position of Senior Underwriting Counsel at First American Title from 2015 to March 2022 and worked as an Implementation Manager and Title Counsel at Title365 Company from 2013 to 2015. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Foreclosure Operations at Lender Processing Services, Inc. and Managing Attorney/Vice President at North American Title Co. Tom also has legal experience as General Counsel at Anchor Title Company and as an Associate Attorney at Kearney Drechsler, LLC.
