David L. Papp

David L. Papp has a strong background in the contact center industry and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. David is the Founder and CEO of Agents Republic Inc., a company that provides multilingual contact center services with a global workforce. David founded this company in 2018. David is also an Advisor to the Board at Chatler.ai and a member of the Advisory Board at DAIGE, both starting in 2018. Prior to these roles, they were the Integration Officer on the Membership Committee and Executive Committee at YPO from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to their recent ventures, David was heavily involved in the cloud contact center industry. David was the Founder and CEO, as well as the Chairman of the Board, at COMFORCE Inc. from 2008 to 2018. Through this company, they revolutionized virtual work by providing multilingual services with over 12,000 agents globally. David also founded and served as the CEO of CloudAgents, a subsidiary of COMFORCE, starting from 2011. CloudAgents provided multilingual customer service in a pay-per-use model and had a wide range of clients in multiple languages.

Before their involvement in the contact center industry, David held various leadership roles at JCI (Junior Chamber International) from 2002 to 2017, including President of the Association of JCI Senators and National President. David also served as the Director of Client Services at Teleperformance from 2006 to 2008 and as the Head of Marketing and Services at SKYFILM SERVICES LTD from 2002 to 2005.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated their expertise in the contact center industry and their ability to lead and advise companies in this field.

David L. Papp's education history includes a Telecommunication Technician degree from Saint Stephen Secondary School of Telecommunications, where they studied Telecommunications Technology from 1990 to 1995. David then pursued Technical Management and Information Technology at Dennis Gabor Applied University from 1997 to 2001. Finally, they obtained an International SME Management Expert degree in Business Administration and Management from Université Paris Nanterre between 2003 and 2005.
