Judith Wouters

Judith Wouters is an experienced professional in environmental management and policy with a focus on nature, green spaces, and recreational infrastructure. Currently serving as an Expert Omgeving - natuur en groen and Regiomanager at Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer since July 2019, Judith previously held roles as a Beleidsmedewerker for jaagpaden at De Vlaamse Waterweg nv and for recreatie at Waterwegen en Zeekanaal NV. Judith's experience also includes serving as an Algemeen Coördinator at Sea First Foundation and as a team member at OVAM focusing on biological waste substances. Judith holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in Environmental Studies from the University of Antwerp, a Master of Marine Science from the University of the Ryukyus, and a Master in Japanese Studies from KU Leuven, complemented by an exchange program at Kansai University.
