Kimberley Smathers

Kimberley Smathers is the current CISO at AgentSync. Kimberley has previously served as the Chief Risk Officer / CISO at Freshworks from September 2021 to June 2022, and as the Vice President of Cybersecurity from April 2021 to September 2021. Prior to their time at Freshworks, Kimberley was the Head of Information Security & Compliance at Snapdocs from May 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for establishing vision and defining roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Kimberley has a strong background in cybersecurity and is passionate about protecting information assets.

Kimberley Smathers has an advanced cybersecurity certificate from Stanford Continuing Studies, a business degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and an information technology management & business degree from Point Park University. Kimberley also has certification from Cisco in CCNA and CCNP, certification from ITIL v2 Practitioner, and certification from Microsoft in MCDBA, MCSA, and MCSE.
