Mike Komadina

Mike Komadina, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at AgentSync since December 2023. Previously, at Skilljar from February 2021 to December 2023, Mike held the positions of Head of Service Delivery and Head of Customer Implementation, overseeing a comprehensive service delivery operation with P&L responsibility and leading significant improvements in customer onboarding efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at FORM MarketX, where Mike directed customer success and onboarding efforts, managing a substantial portfolio and launching the company's first customer onboarding team. Mike's career began at ServiceSource, where responsibilities spanned global sales coaching and customer success operations. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BS in Broadcast News from the University of Colorado Boulder.
