Isabella Bean has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for Enterprise at Carta since July 2019. Prior roles at Carta include Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Support Manager, Channel Support Analyst, and Support Analyst. Isabella’s experience also includes a brief tenure as a Customer Relationship Advocate at Fidelity Investments and roles in the service and administrative sectors at The Dodo Restaurant, d3i labs consulting, Canyon Rim Physical Therapy, Aldous & Associates, Rice Industries Corp, and the University of Utah. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, obtained in 2018.
