Lauren O'Keefe

Lauren O'Keefe has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations. Lauren currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at Agenus since April 2023. Before that, they worked at Solid Biosciences as a Senior Human Resources Manager, focusing on benefits and operations. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager of HR Operations at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. during the period from July 2019 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and as a Human Resources Manager at Yale School of Medicine. Lauren also gained experience in human resources generalist roles at Michael Page International, Michael Page, and Ellington Management Group. Additionally, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half and as a Mutual Fund Accountant at Investors Bank & Trust.
