Christopher Villela

Christopher Villela has a diverse work experience, primarily in operations strategy and management roles. Christopher is currently serving as the VP of Operations Strategy at Agero, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this, they took a personal sabbatical from April 2022 to September 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Head of Business Operations at Tempo. Before that, Christopher held positions at Eaze, where they served as the Head of Strategic Initiatives from 2020 to 2021 and as the General Manager from 2019 to 2020. Christopher began their career at McKinsey & Company, starting as an Associate from 2015 to 2017 and later becoming an Engagement Manager from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at The Walt Disney Company in various strategy and finance roles from 2008 to 2013.

Christopher Villela completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Cum Laude, with a double major in Finance and Economics at Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration. Christopher then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2013 to 2015.
