Scott Whitely, MBA, has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as Senior Director at Agero, Inc. since October 2004, where responsibilities include oversight of pilots, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior positions at Agero included Director and Senior Manager of Customer Experience, as well as Operations Manager. From 2001 to 2004, Scott worked at Electronic Data Systems as an Operations Manager. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne (2017-2019) and has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and Six Sigma Greenbelt from EZ Sigma Group (2015-2016) and Motorola University (2006), respectively. An Honours degree in Business Administration was also earned from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne (1996-2000).
