Dincer Demir has a diverse work experience spanning a wide range of roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Field Researcher at GfK Turkiye for a year. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Project Supervisor at Think Organizasyon. In 2012, they joined Garanti BBVA Emeklilik as a Retail Marketing Department - Planning Associate and continued in the same role until 2014. Dincer then transitioned to Garanti BBVA as an Insurance Sales Coordination Associate for a few months in 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Demir worked at Garanti Emeklilik, where they held various positions such as Retail Marketing - Planning and Performance Analytics Supervisor, Corporate Marketing Department - Supervisor, and Retail Marketing Department - Planning Associate. In 2018, they switched to Allianz Türkiye, where they progressed through multiple roles, including Campaign Management Supervisor, Digital Tribe - Online Sales & Lead Management, Affinities and Partnerships, and Product Owner // Digital Service Optimization (APP & Online Customer Portal). As of April 2022, Demir holds the position of Head of Customer Experience, Loyalty and Retention at AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik.

Dincer Demir holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Gazi University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Dincer also completed a Master's degree in Marketing at Ege University from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at Universität Trier, where they focused on Marketing. Currently, Demir is pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at Istanbul University from 2019 until 2023. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in SAS Programming Essentials, Storytelling with Data, and The Non-Technical Skills of Effective Data Scientists from LinkedIn in 2020.
