Danielle Schneck

Danielle Schneck is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and victim advocacy. Currently serving as a Social Work Care Manager at VillageCareMax since October 2024 and as a Behavioral Health Supervisor at AgeWell New York since June 2017, Danielle has previously held key roles including VITP Coordinator at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where responsibilities included providing essential services to survivors of violence and crisis counseling. Danielle's experience also encompasses social work internships at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and Deepdale CARES-NORC, addressing a range of issues from crisis intervention to group facilitation for diverse populations.
