Barbara Boyer

Barbara Boyer is an experienced leader in nonprofit management and finance. Currently serving as the Volunteer Executive Director for AgeWise Colorado since April 2021, Barbara Boyer connects older adults and their families to essential resources and educational webinars on aging. As Chief Financial Officer at Climate Innovations Consulting Group LLC and By The Sun Initiative since 2019, Barbara Boyer focuses on solar development and financing consulting to combat climate change. Previously, Barbara Boyer held the role of Executive Director at A3 (formerly the American Council of the Blind & Visually Impaired of Colorado) from October 2005 to February 2024, overseeing organizational management and programs. Barbara Boyer holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy/Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from S.U.N.Y.
