Arlette Edmunds

Arlette Edmunds, C.Dir. has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Arlette is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at AGF Investments, where they are responsible for shaping the company's human resources strategies. Previously, they held the position of Chief People Officer at University Pension Plan Ontario, overseeing the organization's people-related initiatives.

Before that, Arlette had a long tenure at OMERS, where they held various roles including VP & Global Head Investments HR and Director of Human Resources - Private Equity. Arlette'sresponsibilities involved developing talent strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and leading diversity initiatives across the organization. Arlette also worked as a Talent Consultant at Deloitte and founded their own retail company, harlow's perch kids.

Arlette completed The Director's College program at the DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University in 2021. Arlette previously attended the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2015 and 2013, although the specific degrees or fields of study are not specified. Arlette also holds certifications as a Chartered Director from The Directors College, and they are currently in progress towards obtaining the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
