John Kratochwil

John Kratochwil is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the investment sector, currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Global Materials and Real Estate at AGF Investments since August 2017. In this role, John provides fundamental analysis of global equities in the materials sector, develops company valuation models, and makes investment recommendations to portfolio managers while mentoring junior analysts. Prior to AGF, John worked as an Equity Analyst for Mining and Materials, focusing on North American materials companies at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., and previously held roles at Integran Technologies Inc. and Kinross Gold Corporation, where John contributed to product development and corporate development initiatives. John holds an MBA in Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a B.A. Sc in Materials Engineering from the same institution.
