Gwendolien Fonck

Gwendolien Fonck has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Gwendolien started their career at Shell Chemicals as a Polyurethanes scientist. Gwendolien then moved to Huntsman Corporation, where they held various roles, including Business Manager, Marketing & Product Manager, Purchasing Director, Supply Chain Director, and Vice President Performance Products for the EMEA region. Currently, they are the Vice President of Electronic Print and Specialty Films at Agfa. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in general management, strategy development, organizational development, and cross-functional team leadership.

Gwendolien Fonck attended Ghent University from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Bio-engineer with a focus on Chemistry. Gwendolien then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Management Environmental Affairs at EHSAL Management School from 1995 to 1996. In 2021, they enrolled at Vlerick Business School to study Digital Leadership. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Director Effectiveness from GUBERNA - Instituut voor Bestuurders/Institut des Administrateurs in 2023.
