Ronny Duwyn

Ronny Duwyn has a diverse work experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Ronny currently holds the position of Global Head of Learning & Development CoE at Agfa, starting in February 2022. Previously, they worked at Agfa HealthCare as a Global Learning & Development Manager from January 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they supported the organization's digital transformation and regulatory training compliance by implementing a new Learning Management System and role-based training processes.

Prior to that, Ronny was the Head of Academy / Global Learning & Development Manager at Agfa Gevaert NV from April 2015 to January 2019. Ronny obtained the SAP Product Knowledge 2022 - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Expert (SFX) certification from SAP in November 2022.
