Monique Landon

Monique Landon, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Monique began their career in 2011 as a Summer Events Productions Intern at C3 Event Productions. In 2012, they joined Oregon Eye Consultants, LLC as an Executive Assistant/Human Resources and later took on the additional role of Eugene Office Facilitator. From 2016 to 2017, Monique served as the Manager/Certified Ophthalmic Executive at Oregon Eye Consultants.

Since 2017, Monique has been working at Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc., where they initially held the position of Human Resources Manager/Executive Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee reviews. Currently, Monique serves as the Human Resources Director, collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Monique also provides coaching and development support to department managers and oversees the administration of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and talent management.

Monique Landon, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Communications at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2023, Certified Ophthalmic Executive from the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators in 2016, and Certified Patient Service Specialist from BSM Consulting® in 2014.
