Jan van Laar has extensive experience in operations and service management, currently serving as the Global Process Owner for Service & Operations at Aggreko since January 2003. In this role, Jan ensures the delivery of best-in-class processes for global teams. Previous positions include Operations Manager for Continental Europe and Service Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where Jan was responsible for overall leadership in operations and driving service improvements. Jan also held the role of Technical Support & Service Improvement Manager for Continental Europe, focusing on operational efficiency and service excellence initiatives. Prior to Aggreko, Jan worked as an Operations Manager and After Sales Manager at Klingelnberg-Klauss from 1993 to 2002. Jan holds a Master’s Degree in Electromechanical Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
