Ivar Ruubel

Ivar Ruubel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the water and wastewater treatment sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at AS Tallinna Vesi since October 2019, Ivar leads asset and investment management, process optimization, and team development. Previous roles include Technology Manager at AS Tallinna Vesi, Project and Supervision Manager at OÜ Watercom, and Production Manager at Pipelife Eesti AS.
