Matthieu Lehodey is the current General Manager of France for Agicap. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Strategic Marketing for Western Europe for the Hilti Group from October 2017 to November 2021. In this role, they managed a team of 14 marketing experts and led various projects aimed at improving customer data acquisition and quality, as well as deploying new software and services.
Matthieu has always been driven by a desire to improve process and help businesses grow. This was evident early on in their career when they led the charge on a new CRM deployment for the Hilti Group, which involved managing a sales team of 2500 users and rolling out a new sales approach. Matthieu was also instrumental in developing a software productivity app that increased cross-departmental collaboration while ensuring data protection.
In addition to their work with process improvement, Matthieu is also experienced in pricing strategy and marketing intelligence. Matthieu has a keen understanding of the competitive environment and is always looking for ways to give their team an edge. Matthieu's work with the Hilti Group leadership team has resulted in better communication and prioritization of projects.

Matthieu Lehodey pursued a Master of Science in Strategic Management at HEC Paris and a Master of Science in Engineering at CentraleSupélec. Matthieu began their education at Lycée Jean-Baptiste Say (Paris).
Matthieu Lehodey reports to Sebastien Beyet, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Maël Ezzabdi - CPO, Christophe de Vregille - Group CFO, and Mickaël Jordan - Chief Revenue Officer.
