Fábio Tavares

Fábio Tavares has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Fábio currently holds the position of Lead Software Engineer at Agiito, where they started in August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Anthill from May 2021 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Developer at Capita Travel and Events from April 2018 to April 2021. Fábio also has experience as a Software Engineer at Cascade HR Ltd from August 2017 to March 2018 and as a Web and Database Developer at St Paul's Girls' School from July 2014 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, Fábio worked as a Software Developer at PT Contact from June 2011 to June 2014 and as an Information Systems Analyst at Portugal Telecom from April 2009 to July 2011. Fábio also had a previous role as an Information Systems Analyst at PT Contact from November 2006 to April 2009. Fábio has expertise in designing and developing software applications to support contact centers, maintaining technical information and documentation, and ensuring the treatment and maintenance of databases.

Fábio Tavares attended the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa from 2006 onwards, where they studied Software Engineering. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Management Practitioner from APMG International.
