Saiful Islam Rafid

Saiful Islam Rafid is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Field Technician at Agilant Solutions, Inc. since February 2023, focusing on accelerating digital transformation. Previously, Saiful held roles as an Information Technology Specialist at NPower and Marketing Manager at RMFAR INC. Additionally, experience as an Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree Stores was gained between October 2018 and March 2020. Saiful completed an IT Professional program through NPower in December 2022 and holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Borough of Manhattan Community College, achieved in July 2022, alongside a High School Diploma from Manhattan Comprehensive Night and Day High School in June 2020.
