Ellen Grove

Ellen Grove is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach and Change Agent currently serving at Fisheries and Oceans Canada since November 2023, and has been with Agile Partnership since October 2011, where Ellen specializes in Agile training, coaching, and organizational change. Ellen also co-hosts Agile Alliance's "Game On!" sessions and has held various leadership roles, including Board Member and interim Managing Director at Agile Alliance, where focus has been on supporting global Agile communities. Previous positions include an Enterprise Agile Coach at RBC Capital Markets and the House of Commons, among others, with a strong emphasis on improving Agile practices across diverse sectors. Ellen's educational background includes degrees from Carleton University, McMaster University, and Algonquin College.
