They have experience as an agile coach, collaboration architect, professional Kanban trainer, co-founder, lecturer, marketing manager, creative director, associate creative director, executive director/CEO, executive vice president, and associate executive director. They also have a wide range of educational backgrounds including scientific and technical communication, conceptual design, political science, and public relations.
