Lisa Fay W. began their career in 2001 as a Consultant in the Federal Services Division at KPMG Advisory. Lisa Fay then moved to Stevens Institute of Technology in the same year, where they served as the Director of Development. In 2004, they joined JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) as the National Director CRM Strategy in the Executive Office, and was soon promoted to Chief of Staff in the same office. In 2014, they became a Consultant at Build Consulting, where they worked with a variety of non-profit clients on creating requirements and evaluation plans to change/upgrade their tech stack. In 2016, they joined Blackbaud as a Solutions Engineer and Consultant, providing client-facing consultation in the support of sales for Blackbaud’s SaaS fundraising, accounting, digital marketing and crowdfunding suite of subscriptions Saas and services. In 2022, they joined Agile Cloud Consulting as an Engagement Manager, a full-service technology consulting firm listed as a 5-star partner on the Salesforce AppExchange.

Lisa Fay W. has a Master's degree from the University of Connecticut and a Graduate Certificate in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Lisa Fay also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut.
